1. A General Average of at least 83% (at least for the 2nd Qtr. Or 1st Trimestral Period)
2. A Conduct Average of at least 85% or B
3. Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate (Bring the ORIGINAL for verification)
4. Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (Bring the ORIGINAL for verification)
5. Original or Certified True Copy of Report Card (Form 138)
6. Two (2) Recommendations from previous school to be accomplished by
o Principal or Class Adviser
o Guidance Counselor

7. Two (2) recent identical ID pictures (1″ x 1″)
WRITTEN TEST
Grade School: Thursday, 8:00 am starting November 18, 2011
High School: Friday, 8:00 am starting November 19, 2011
RELEASE OF TEST RESULTS: MONDAY following the test.
INTERVIEW
Grade School: Wednesday
High School: Thursday
Procedure
Step 1 (Registrar’s Office)
o Submit COMPLETE requirements for evaluation
o Fill-up the application form.
Step 2 (Cashier)
o Pay the application fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS Php500.00
Step 3 (Guidance Office)
o Present the receipt and application form.
o Get the schedule for the written test.
Important Reminders:
1. Application Fee is FIVE HUNDRED PESOS Php 500.00 only.
2. ONLY those with COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS shall be entertained for application.
3. NO TEST RESULTS WOULD BE RELEASED THROUGH PHONE.
4. The list of SUCCESFUL APPLICANTS will be posted on the bulletin board near the Guidance Office, EVERY TUESDAY (afternoon) immediately after the interview.
5. Admission is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVES BASIS.
6. The minimum and maximum number of pupils per class are as follows:
o Grade 1 to 6 – 40 to 43
o 1st to 4th year – 40 to 43

My son is a graduating GS student of Lourdes belonging to the cream section. Does he still need to take entrance test for high school if he intend to conntinue his schooling at LSQC High School Department?
Graduates of the GS dept need not take the entrance exam for high school.

The admission of freshmen students is currently ongoing. There is no deadline set as of the moment, but enrolment is on a first come, first served basis.

The tuition fee for 1st Year HS is P34,470 plus Other school fees of P21,135 a total of P55, 605.00 for the whole year. This is subject to change for SY 2011-2012

Tuition fee for Gr. 4 is P32,540.00 plus Total Other School Fees of 18, 590.00 a total of P51, 130.00 subject to 3% increase for SY 2011-2012. We have a yearly, semestral , quarterly and monthly modes of payment.

We only have 1 remaining slot for Gr. 2. Our school does not accept incoming Grade 6 students. Slots are available for Grade 3 and 2nd Year HS.

Tuition fee for Grade 3 is 34, 000 plus other school fees of 17, 225 a total of 51,225.00 for the whole year subject to 3% increase for SY 2011-2012. For Grade 6, the TF is 32, 540.00 plus other school fees amounting to 22, 450, a total of 54, 990.00 for the whole year subject to 3% increase also. We have academic scholarship for Valedictorians 100% discount for TF and Salutatorian, 50% discount in TF.

I am an alumni of Lourdes and has been based in Africa for awhile. Coming back home for good on June 1, 2011. I have a 6 year old son who is in Grade 1 here and I would like to enroll him when we come back, Would we reach in time? Our tuition fee schedule and rate for SY 2012-2013 is not yet available. For the current school year, our Grade 2 tuition fee is 35, 020 plus other school fees of 15, 250. A total of 50, 270.00. This is subject for increase next school year.

Our rate for SY 2012-2013 is not yet available. For the current SY, the Gr. 1 TF is 35,020.00 plus other school fees of 15, 200.00 or a total of 50,220.00 for the whole year. This is subject to increase. We only have 1 session in Grade 1, that is from 7:15 am to 2: 20 pm everyday.
Kindly apply for the entrance exam first. We will have our decision based on the result of the exam. Pax Et Bonum!
